What gets permanently deleted
- Your Kyanix profile, preferences, and authentication user.
- All connected Gmail accounts and their encrypted OAuth tokens.
- Every aggregated sender row, scan history, unsubscribe action log, and activity event.
- Your secured-breach history and any subscription record.
What we never touch
- Your Gmail inbox itself — messages, labels, and filters in Gmail are untouched. Kyanix only ever reads metadata.
- Emails that have already been delivered to you or actions you took inside Gmail.
Third-party connections we revoke
- Google OAuth — we call Google's token revoke endpoint for every connected account during deletion. You can also revoke access yourself at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
What happens after deletion
- You'll be signed out immediately and sent to the landing page.
- Your data cannot be recovered. Signing in again with the same Google account will create a brand-new Kyanix account with no history.
- Operational backups are rotated within 30 days and contain no usable OAuth tokens.
